1 bunch asparagus
1 carrot
1 red pepper and green pepper
1 bunch leaves of parsley
1/ 4 lemon of juice
1 tbs olive oil
1tsp vinegar
1 clove garlic
salt , pepper


Wash the asparagus and the carrot.

Cover with cold water and boil until they are tender ( About 5 minutes) .

Chop the asparagus and carrot , add the chopped parsley.

Squash the garlic and put in a bowl ,add olive oil,lemon juice, vinegar and a little salt ,pepper.

Stir the dressing in the bowl and pour on the asparagus salad.
