2 Cup beans

1 red pepper

1 green pepper

1 bunch parsley

1 dry onion

1 egg salt

black pepper

For The Dressing:

2 tbs olive oil

1 tsp vinegar

1/4 lemon juice

A little salt and pepper


Wash the beans and soak in cold water over-night.After drain the water , cover with cold water put on to boil, simmer it until they are tender.

After drain the beans and place them a bowl.

Set a side the beans until cool.

Chop onion and gren pepper ,red pepper julienne style.

Wash the parsley and chop.

Add them in to the bowl.

Boil the egg and cut it into 8 pieces when cool.

Stir the dressing in a bowl and pour on the beans , add a litte  salt and pepper.

Decorate the beans salad  with egg slices .
