300 gr. calamari
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp carbonate
1 green and red pepper
2 cloves garlic
salt ,black pepper
4 or 5 tbs olive oil
Clean out the calamari .
Put the calamari in a bowl and add
milk and carbonate .
Set a side for about 2 hours.
Chop the red and green pepper and the onion julienne style.
Wash and rinse calamari .
Fry olive oil in a pan , add calamari ,red pepper , green pepper, onion ,garlic .
Fry it until golden yellow.
Add 4 or 5 tbs the water and cook it about 6 minutes .
It will be done when the water evaporates and calamari becomes tender.
You can serve the calamari with asparagus salad and lettuce salad.
