SHRIMP WITH FRIED RICE

INGREDIENTS

100 gr. shrimp peels on

1 cup water

1 cup rice

1 tomato , chopped

2 tbs carrot diced

2 tbs frozen  peas

2 clove garlic ,minced

1 tsp minced, peeled fresh ginger

1 fresh green pepper

1 tbs lemon juice

1 tsp soy sauce

4 tbs olive oil.

1tbs butter

salt , a little pepper

DIRECTIONS

Pour water in a bowl , add 1 tsp salt and 1 cup rice then set a side it about 5-10 minutes.

Heat olive oil in a saucepan , add  shrimps and fry them for  2 minutes.Then add butter , fresh pepper , garlic , ginger ,carrot ,peas .Rinse the rice and add in the saucepan .Stir them together ,fry for 2 minutes and add water, soy sauce , salt  , a little black pepper , lemon juice .

Ultimately add tomato , cover over saucepan and cook  for 15 minutes.

Remove from the heat  it and stand it for 10 minutes before serving .
