INGREDIENTS

500 gr lamb,cut into 1 cm cubes

1 onion chopped .

1 eggplan-peeled wIth stripe  shape and cut

1 medium potato peeled and cut into 1 cm cubes

1 medium potato peeled and cut into 1 cm cubes

100 gr.  fresh green beans

6 garlic gloves

2 medium tomato chopped

1 fresh red pepper

1 green pepper

3 tbs  olive oil

1 and 1/2 water

salt , a little black pepper

DIRECTIONS

Heat a large pan , put olive oil  and  the lamb. Sauté the lamb and add butter, eggplant, fresh green beans ,red pepper ,green pepper, potatoes and garlic .

Cook for about 5 minutes.

Add tomato and transfer them  in  pots and place  all ingredients  equally,

In  a bowl stir tomato paste , red pepper paste  and water ,add salt ,a little  black pepper.

Pour this sauce in pots  .Cover all pots  with a aluminium fold . place them in oven.

Bake them 45 minutes and unfold the aluminium fold  from pots.

Let them bake until golden yellow .
