4 medium size potatoes
1 tbs olive oil
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/ 4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red sweet pepper powder
1/2 tsp rosemary
1 tsp kosher salt
Wash potatoes and cut into wedges. Soak them in a bowl of cold water
for 5 minutes then drain them and place potatoes in the Actifry pan or a baking tray .
Add olive oil , black pepper ,red pepper, chilli pepper, rosemary,salt.
Roast in the Actifry pan for 35 minutes until golden brown and crisp .( or place them a baking tray , roast in the oven for 35 -40 minutes flip twice with a spatula until cooking .) Serve hot.
