CRISPY ROSTI WITH CHEESE

INGREDIENTS :

4  medium  size potato ,boiled ,peeled and grated

2  medium size raw potato ,peeled and grated

2  tbs butter

2  tbs olive oil

1/2  cup cheddar cheese , grated

1/2  tsp sea salt

1/4  tsp chili pepper

1  egg and 1 tsp butter

DIRECTIONS :

Add the cheese ,salt , pepper in the boiled and grated potato , mix them together and set aside .

Heat the  butter and the olive oil in a medium nonstick frying pan over a medium heat . The butter is melting .

Remove the pan , place half of the row grated potato and press down with a   spatula . Then place the boiled grated potato and press down again with spatula.

Place  the remaining row potato onto and   press down again with spatula.               Fry until bottom is golden brown about 10 minutes on the medium heat . Place a flat plate over the top of the frying pan and invert it and cook the other bottom.

Then cook the egg with the butter and place the egg onto the  Rosti .  Serve it immediately  .
