Natural Homemade Yoghurt
Natural homemade yoghurt is hard to find these days with the easy option reaching to the supermarket shelves! Here is my recipe of natural homemade yoghurt which is low calories and delicious. This is also great for making with children as they can join in too – but be careful, it may get a little messy!

1 kg whole milk
1 tbs plain ,thick ,milk homemade yogurt , or commercial yogurt
Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until near boiling or the milk
reached 82 -85 degrees C . Left it , cool it down until temperature drops to 40 -45 degrees
or temperature between warm and cool .
Mix the 1 tbs yogurt with 5 tbs the medium warm milk in a little bowl and
pour it ,carefully stir one time , cover with a clean dish towel . Let it rest for at least
8 hours or over night until thickens .
Before using put it in your refrigerator for at least 6 hour or overnight .
