This is a really easy recipe that goes great with meat or chicken. It is a little different than the ordinary rice so a nice change for when you are bored of making the same side dishes. It is so tasty and so easy to make!

INGREDIENTS :
1 cup baldo or basmati rice
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs butter
2 tbs broken vermicelli or noodle ( 1 cm size )
1/2 sea salt
2 cup water
DIRECTIONS :
Melt the butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat add the vermicelli and stir
until golden yellow . Wash the rice and drain ,then add in the pan , stir until lightly toasted .
Pour the water , add the salt and simmer for 1 minute .Cover the pan and reduce the heat to low .
Cook until the rice tender and absorbed its liquid .Remove it from the heat and fluff the rice with a fork .
then cover it a cleaned tea cloth . Let a rest it for 5-10 minutes and then serve it .
