HOMEMADE SANDWICH ROLLS AND WHITE BREAD LOAF

Hello everyone!  Today I will be sharing another delicious bread recipe with you. This bread is perfect for sandwiches and just when you want to nibble on some cheese or jam and butter. As you can see you can made little smiley faces with the sandwiches for the kids. You make the sandwiches sweet with peanut butter and jelly  or savoury with cheese tomato and eggs or whatever you prefer. Its fun and the kids will love it!

Total time : 1- 2 hour

Serve : 12

Level : Easy

INGREDIENTS :

5 and half cup all purpose flour

2 and half cup water ,warm

1/2 cup milk

10 gr. dry active yeast or 15 gr. fresh yeast

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp sugar

2 tbs olive oil

5 tbs milk for  top of  the dough

1 cup  extra flour ( for working surface )

DIRECTIONS :

Mix the warm water ,milk and sugar ,salt , olive oil ,yeast in a bowl .Pour this mix in the flour . Stir all the ingredients and mix with a Mixture for 4 minutes ,( or you can use your hands and mix it 8-10 minutes,  until  you have a silky and elastic  a dough .Flour the top your dough and cover the dough with plastic wrap and dish towel .

Let it  to rise  until doubled size for 40- 60 minutes .  Then it out of the bowl  on to  floured  surface   and divide  the dough in to 20- 30  pieces  loaf  like a tennis ball size  Then you can make roll shape  it  and place them on to lined baking tray  , or  you can place  it , greased  4  loaf  pan . Cover  them with  a clean dish towel  , let  them rise again  for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile preheat oven  250 degrees C . Use a sharp knife  to make shallow  cuts ( about 1/2 cm )  across the top of the loaf . Before   sprinkle the milk the top of loaf  with a pastry brush  and place it into the  middle  of the oven .

Bake them until golden brown for  10 minutes and let them cool on a clean dishtowel .
