4 fresh fig
1 tbs sugar
FOR FILLING INGREDIENTS :
1 cup walnut , chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
Combine the sugar , walnut and cinnamon in a small bowl .
Cut the top of the fig and make to hallow . Place the mix stuff ingredients in it and cover again the top of the fig
Pour the water in a sausepan , add the sugar and place the figs in the saucepan , cover the saucepan and cook
for 5 minutes over a medium heat . Let it cool then melt chocolate 40 gr. and heavy cream 1 tbs , a bain-marie stile and pour over the figs ,
let cool it and serve with an ice-cream .
