Hi everyone! As we are approaching halloween I thought I’d make a different pumpkin dessert that I hope you all will like. Halloween is one of my favourite times of the year. I love to decorate my house and make different recipes that catch the spirit of the holiday. It always reminds me of the times when my kids were small and we would sit around the kitchen table making decorations and carving a scary face on a big pumpkin! Not everybody is a fan of pumpkin however this dessert is super yummy! It is perfect with people with a little bit of a sweet tooth. Enough blabbering and here is the recipe! Already so excited for Halloween! Can’t wait!

600 gr. pumpkin , peeled and cut
1 cup sugar
2 pieces cloves
1/2 cup cream
Place the pumpkin into a skillet , cover with sugar and add cloves . Cover it and set aside for 40 minutes .
Cook it until the pumpkin is soft , about 6-8 minutes over a medium heat .
Preheat your oven to its highest possible temperature . Turn the oven to broil after it has preheat completely .
Place the pumpkin in the middle of the oven for 1-2 minutes . Allow it to cool then serve it with cream or ice-cream.
