TOMATO SOUP WITH CREME

2 tomato , peeled and smashed

1 tbs tomato paste

2 tbs olive oil

1 tbs butter

2 tbs all purpose flour

1/2 cup creme

Sea salt and black pepper

3 cup water

DIRECTIONS :

Place butter and olive oil in a deep saucepan over medium heat . Melt it and add

the flour , stirring and cook until golden yellow . Add the tomato and tomato paste , cook for

3 minutes and pour the water in it . Stir and cook it for 10 minutes then add the creme ,

cook for 3 minutes and remove from the heat . Use your blender for smoothy soup .

Add mint , serve it with toasted and diced bread and created cheddar cheese .
