DICED LAMB FRIED ON IRON PLATE

INGREDIENTS :

500 gr. mutton meat or ( beef )

1 cup tail fat , diced  or ( 1 tbs butter , 2 tbs olive oil )

4 cloves garlic , peeled

10 shallots , peeled

1 tbs lemon juice

1 fresh green pepper , chopped

1 fresh yellow pepper , chopped

Salt and black pepper , chili pepper to taste .

DIRECTIONS :

Place tail fat in a saucepan , cook it  over a high heat until melted about 3-5 minutes . Remove the fat tail from the saucepan  to a little bowl  .

Put  2 tbsp olive oil in the iron plate  , then add shallots and stir 1 minute then add mutton meat , Pour the fried tail fat liquid  in the iron plate .Stir and cook for  15-20  minutes , add the garlic , fresh green pepper and fresh  yellow pepper , lemon juice .

Saute them about 3-4 minutes . Sprinkle salt , black pepper , red  pepper  flakes and serve .

Fry the tail fat.
