Hello everybody! Today I would like to share another delicious recipe with you all. This peach tart is absolutely delicious! So crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. Even my little puppy Simba’s mouth was watering !! I love serving this delicious goodness with ice cream but it is just as delicious on its own. If your are not a fan of peach you can opt to put any other fruit you like and it will turn out just as yummy!

200 gr. unsalted butter , cold
2 cup all purpose flour
3 tbs powdered sugar
1 egg yolk
1/ 4 tsp vanilla extra
1/5 tsp salt
4 tbs cold water
1 egg white , for brush on top of your tart
FOR FILLING INGREDIENTS :
3 peach , peeled and chopped
6 tbs sugar
3 tbs water
2 tbs lemon juice
Place sugar ,peach ,lemon juice , water in a medium sauce pan . Bring to a boil over a medium heat then reduce the heat to low heat . Stir and cook it until the peach has absorbed the liquid . Then remove the heat and set aside .
FOR TART DOUGH DIRECTIONS :
Combine the powdered sugar , flour , butter ,salt in your kitchen blender and mix for 1 minutes then add cold water and vanilla exact , egg yolk .
Mix again for 2 minutes .Then remove your dough from the blender to a work surface .Knead briefly , just the dough hold together without crumbling . Shape it like a disk and wrap it in a plastic wrap .
Place in the refrigerator and chill about 20-30 minutes .
Remove the dough from the refrigerator , sprinkle with flour on to work surface .
Roll the chilled dough about 2 mm thickenes . Place your baking tray , trim off any excessiveness with a knife or your rollpin . Using your index finger and press the dough until it is 2 mm .
Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes . Remove the tart from the refrigerator and fill the cooked peach.
Cut some stripes shape from the rolling dough and place gently onto the tart for decorate .
Brush with white egg , place it preheat oven( 180 degrees C.) and bake until golden yellow about 20- 25 yellow minutes .
Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving .
