4 cup water
1 cup couscous , Turkish couscous or Italian couscous
1 tsp sea salt
2 tsp peas, frozen
1 carrot , medium size ,diced
1 potato , medium size , peeled and diced
1 tbs butter
1 tbs olive oil
Boil salted water and add couscous , carrot , peas ,potato in a deep pan . Cook it over medium-
high heat until tender for 10 minutes and then strain with a strainer . Replace the couscous into the pan .
Melt the butter and olive oil , pour in the pan and stir . Caver it and let a rest for 5 minutes .
