Borek with mineral water is outer shell crispy , inside smoothy .Very easy to make it , tasty and quick.
8 sheets turkish pastry or phyllo pastry
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup milk
A little of bottle mineral water
150-200 gr. white cheese or feta cheese , grated and combine 1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 tbsp olive oil for sprinkle a baking tray
Preheat your oven 230 degrees C. Sprinkle olive oil your baking tray .then
put the eggs in a medium bowl and stir , add the olive oil, butter , milk . Mix them and pour the mineral water and set aside this mix . Place a sheet of phyllo pastry in the baking tray and sprinkle the mix with a spoon and smear the mix over the phyllo . Then repeat with the other 3 sheet .
Place the cheese over the sheet , then lay 4 more sheets on top of the cheese , sprinkle with the mix between each layer . Pour the remain mix on top of the sheets, bake your börek until golden brown about 20 minutes . Let warm before serving .
