FRIED ZUCCHINI WITH YOGURT

INGREDIENTS:

4- 5  medium size  zucchini  , chopped ( julienne stile )

1  red bell pepper , Julienned

2 cloves garlic, chopped

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt , black pepper ,red pepper flakes to taste

FOR SAUCE INGREDIENTS :

2 cup plain yogurt

2 cloves garlic , minced

Salt to taste

Mix the yogurt and garlic in a bowl and add salt , set aside .

DIRECTIONS :

Heat the olive oil in a large sauce pan above the medium -high heat and add the garlic  , then add the zucchini , bell pepper . Stir  and cook until the zucchini  wilted but glistening. Add 2-3 tbsp water and cook until thickened , about  2-3 minutes . Add salt and black pepper , red pepper flakes .

Remove from the heat and let cool , transfer a serve bowl and coat with yogurt sauce .
