700 gr. anchovies

1 cup corn flour , combined with  2 tsp sea salt

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1/2 tbsp sesame seed


Remove the backbones of the fish and wash , drain . You put one on another and their inner sides  overlap . Then coat them very well with corn flour .

Lay baking  sheet on a baking tray , arrange one layer of anchovies and drizzle the olive oil on top.  Sprinkle  the red pepper flakes and sesame seed .

Bake at preheat oven 240  degrees C. until golden brown . Take from the oven and serve immediately with lemon slices  and tartar sauce or green salad .
