CRISPY FILLED PASTRY

Crispy filled pastry is very easy  and delicious  .

INGREDIENTS :

150-200 gr. ground beef or ground lamb

1 litte onion , grated

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1/2 tsp dried mint

1/5 tsp black pepper ground , if desire

Salt to taste

2 sheet  filo dough or Turkish Yufka

FOR YOGURT SAUCE INGREDIENTS  :

1 cup plain yogurt

1 cloves garlic , minced  ( if desire )

Salt to taste

2  tbsp olive oil and 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Place the yogurt , garlic and salt in a medium bowl and mix it . Set aside . Then heat the olive oil  in a little saucepan   over  a low heat and add red pepper flakes , remove from the heat , set aside .

DIRECTIONS :

Combine the ground meat , mint , the onion , pepper and salt in a little bowl , set aside it .

Place the dough onto  your work surface , cut it round shapes with a round cutter . Put 1/2 tsp mixed meat in the middle of the shaped  . Make a ellipse shape , place a sheeted  baking tray . Then place  your preheated 230 degrees C. in the middle of your oven . Bake it until golden yellow about 5-6 minutes .

Serve immediately with yogurt sauce and siprinkle a little the olive oil  onto  the yogurt sauce .
