This dessert is yummy and gorgeous , no baked . It is perfect dessert for tea time .
INGREDIENTS FOR CRUST :
15 piece Almond cookies ( about 400 GR.)
2 tbsp butter , melted
1/3 cup almond , peeled
INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING :
3 cup milk
1 cup sugar
80 gr. bitter chocolate
3 tbsp all purpose flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tbsp orange peel , grated
3 eggs yolk , mixed with 1/2 cup warm milk
3 sheet gelatin , soaked 3 tbsp hot water
FOR TOPPING INGREDIENTS :
200 gr. white chocolate
1/ 5 cup heavy cream
Pour the cream into a little pan and bring just to the boil, remove from the heat .
Add the chocolate and beat until it is melted and smooth .
To make the crust , pulse the almond cookies and the almond in a blender , then add the melted butter and mix them . Put all the almond cookies mixed crumbs in the bottom of your springform pan , firmly press down on the crumbs your fingers or a spoon back , until the crumbs are a nice layer at the bottom of your pan . Then place in your refrigerator for 25-30 minutes.
Meanwhile , place the sugar , milk , flour , corn starch , in a medium sauce pan over the medium heat , stirring and cook for about 3-4 minutes , then add the cocoa powder , Pour the eggs mixed with warm milk . Stirring until thickness , then remove it from the heat and add the soaked gelatin, the orange peel and chocolate , stir until the chocolate dissolves .
After the filling ready , take your chilled the crumbles from the refrigerator and pour the hot filling on the crumbles . Place in the refrigeratore for 2 hours or overnight . Then pour the melted white chocolate on the top . Cool completelly before cutting into square shape and serve it .
