This baked organic chicken is absolutely delicious. It is crispy on the outside and the herbs make it extra tasty. Hope you enjoy!


1 whole organic  chicken ( 1.700-1.800 gr. ), Cut

1 tbsp  Butter , melted

2 tbsp Olive oil

1 tbsp  grape molasses or 1 tsp  brown sugar

1 tbsp soy sauce

3 cloves garlic , minced

1/2 cup whole milk

1  tbsp  salt

1/4 tsp black pepper ground

1 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tsp chili pepper

1 tsp thyme


Combine  the soy sauce , milk , pepper flakes , chili pepper , olive oil , butter , garlic , grape molasses or brown sugar  in a medium bowl . Place your chicken  in a big bowl and pour  the marinate sauce  on to the chicken and turn to coat. Cover with a plastic wrap .  Let it marinate  at least for 2 hours  in the refrigerator  .

Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for about 30-40  minutes . Meanwhile , heat the oven to  240 degrees C. and arrange  a rack in the middle . Place the chicken pieces in a baking tray .

Put the baking tray in the  preheat oven and bake until the chicken is starting to turn  golden brown  for 45 minutes , in 45 minutes you will have crispy , moist , flavorful chicken and  Serve  with a quick vegetable side dish.
