EASY FILO PASTRY WITH CHEESE (GOZLEME)

This recipe is very easy ,quick and taste for breakfast or snack .

INGREDIENTS :

2 sheet  yufka ( or phyllo ) -Filo-pastry

150-200 gr, fresh kashar ( or cheddar cheese , feta cheese, white cheese, Cooked spinach , coked potato .)

2 tbsp olive oil mixed with 2 tbsp water

DIRECTIONS :

Lay the yufka out on your work bench and brush with the mixed olive oil . Fold two edges

and brush with the mixed oil , then place the cheese slices  the middle of the folded  yufka and fold the topping  free two edges , and brush the gozleme envelope with the oil mixed .  Lightly oiled your non -stick pan and  place your gozleme  in the non-stick pan , cook  over medium heat  until golden yellow for 2-3 minutes , Carefully flip over and cook  the other side until golden yellow .

Remove from the heat and cut the gozleme into quarters ,  Serve immediately .
