Hello everyone todays recipe is Crispy Fried Anchovy. Fried anchovy is crispy , taste and an economical meal .
Anchovies are high in protein and low in calories and Anchovies are a fatty fish which makes them perfect source of heart- healthy omega-3 fatty acids . They are a good source of Calcium for building strong bones and they are also perfect source of iron , folate and niacin ,B- 12 vitamin and B-1 important for healthy of the nervous system . Anchovy also contains vitamin A,vitamin B-6, vitamin E .
1000 gr. Anchovy , cleaned and washed
1 cup corn flour , combine with 2 tsp sea salt
1,5 cup sunflower oil
Remove the backbones of the fish and wash , drain .You put one on another and their inner sides overlap .Then coat them very well with corn flour . Meanwhile, pour the sunflower oil in a frying pan and heat over a high heat to about 140-160 degree C. ( or put a little bread piece in the oil and heat the oil until the bread is browned , and your oil is ready for cook .)
Gently place the anchovy into the hot oil and let fry until golden and crispy . Transfer to a plate with an absorbent paper towel . Sprinkle a little salt to taste , serve immediately .
