  1. Lovely!! LOVE aubergines ☺️☺️

  2. Reblogged this on Forget the Viagra, Pass Me a Carrot and commented:
What I like about Mommy Cook for me is that there are a lot of pictures. A recipe is only part of the picture and especially when you are teaching someone to cook. I watch those who sit down and eat my food – and it is wonderful to see it eaten with such gusto. However, what has taken perhaps 2 hours to prepare and cook is gone in minutes! Perhaps all guests should be in on the meal from the start – they can peel the onions anytime they like – I cry like a baby whatever old wives tale I use.

  3. This looks absolutely delicious. Will try it next weekend! Happy 2014!

  4. I love eggplants, especially fried. 😀

  5. Yum! This really reminds me of the musaqa’ah recipe on my blog although that’s a vegetarian dish 🙂 looks soooo good though!
