INGREDIENTS :
180 gr. dark chocolate , melted the chocolate in a little bowl over a pan of simmering water .
2 cup plain flour
4 tbsp cocoa
2 cup whole milk
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
DIRECTIONS :
Preheat oven 180 degrés , Line the base of a 25 cm. round cake tin or line the base of a 25 X 30 rectangle cake tin .
Mix the milk , cocoa and sugar in a big bowl . Take 1 cup the mixed milk and set aside it for moisturize . Add the eggs in the big bowl and whisk the eggs and the mixed milk together for 2-3 minutes with a electric mixer then add the olive oil .
Gradually add the flour and Bicarbonate of Soda into the mixture and beating until it is well blended with a egg beater . Pour the chocolate into mixture and stir for 1-2 minutes .
Pour the mixture into the cake tin , place on the middle shelf of the oven . Bake for 35-40 minutes until the surface is set and it is cooked when it just starts to crack on the top . Remove from the oven , allow to warm then sprinkle the 1cup mixed milk over the cake and then let cool completely .Then pour the melted chocolate sauce over the brownies .
CHOCOLATE SAUCE FOR TOPPING :
Put 1tbsp unsalted butter and 80 gr. dark chocolate ,1 tbsp sugar ,1/2 cup whole milk in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of gently simmering water and stir until the chocolate has completely dissolve and immediately pour over the chocolate brownies .

Before sprinkle the mixed 1 cup milk and staying for 10 minutes then pour the mixed and melted chocolate.
