KEBAB ON A STICK

This kebab on a stick recipe is very easy to make and quick to cook. This kebab marinate sauce gives an excellent taste and softness and so this kebabs are very tender, tasty and succulent kebab. Also this marinate sauce gives perfect taste for chicken,mutton, beef or another meats. A few tips that will help ensure your kebabs turn out well, keep an eye on them and marinate your meat, the longer the better. Kebabs are one of the most popular grills around the world. INGREDIENTS

500-700gr, Lamb, cut into cubes

4 tbsp olive oil.

5tbsp milk

½ tbsp soy sauce

½ tbsp brown sugar

2 cloves garlic, crushed

½ tbsp honey

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

½ middle size onion, cut, roughly chopped

1 tsp sea salt

½ tsp red pepper ground (not hot)

½ red pepper flakes

1/4 tsp black pepper ground

½ tbsp mustard sauce.

4 leaves fresh mint

1 tbsp fresh thyme

1 tbsp  fresh rosemary

1 tbsp fresh basil leaves

10-15 cherry tomatos for garniture

3-4 fresh green pepper, cut, for garniture

10-20 wooden skewers , soak them in water for about 2-3 minutes before using them.

DIRECTIONS

1- Place the olive oil, milk, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, honey, lemon juice, onion, sea salt, red pepper ground, red pepper flakes and mustard In a little bowl. Add the mint, rosemary, basil and thyme. Mix them well.

2- Pour the marinade over the Lamb and making sure that each piece is coated well. Cover with plastic wrap and place in your refrigerate for 2-4 hours or let it stay overnight.

3- Remove it from the refrigerator and let it stay for 30 minutes room temperature.

4- Thread the kebab, fresh pepper, tomato onto 10-15 skewers, then cook on a griddle pan, or electric grill for 6-8 minutes or until the Lamb is thoroughly cooked and golden brown and serve immediately.
