Bake time= 10-14 minutes
This cookie recipe is very tasty and easy. This chocolate chips cookies melt in mouth and they are crumbly and these are absolutely super with a glass of milk or coffee or for sweet snack.
180gr. Unsalted butter, at room temperature
¼ cup white sugar
1/3cup brown sugar
2cup all-purpose flour
80gr.bitter chocolate, chopped
1 cup chocolate chips
½ cup instant vanilla pudding mix (not sugar –free and not cook)
1 tsp baking powder
One pinch salt
¼ cup cocoa powder, optional.
1-Combine the butter, sugars in a large bowl of electric mixer and beat about one minute. Add egg, vanilla and beat until creamed and well combined, about 3-4 minutes.
2- Add the flour, pudding mix, baking soda, one pinch salt, beat on low speed until just combined, about 1-2 minutes.
3- Add the chocolate chip, chopped bitter chocolate and beat on low speed until just combined, about 1 minute.
4- Preheat oven to 350 F,(180 C).
5- If desire, divide the dough into 2 equal pieces and add the cocoa powder into one of the dough and beat until combined.
6-Wet hands slightly and roll the dough into balls,( like walnut size). Place them onto a sheeted baking tray and bake until golden yellow, but still soft in the center, about 10-14 minutes. . Let them cool and serve.
Mix the butter, sugar and then add egg, one pinch salt,vanilla and the flour, baking soda,pudding mix.
Add the chocolate chips and chopped bitter chocolate.
Divide the dough and add the cocoa powder.
