Spoon salad is a perfect side dish and this salad is an accompanied for any kind of grilled meat. It’s called Spoon Salad in my country  because all ingredients cut tiny size and you can eat it with spoon. This tomato salad is a very delicious with pomegranate syrup in dressing. I hope, you can love this tasty and refreshing salad.

2 tbsp parsley, chopped

½ cup walnut, broken into tiny pieces

½ tsp sumac, optional

Place the pomegranate shrub, lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt in a little bowl and combine them well, set aside.

Place the tomato, cucumber, fresh pepper, parsley in a big serve bowl and combine the ingredients well in the bowl and sprinkle the walnut then pour the salad dressing over the salad. Serve it.
