Cooked time= 60-80 minutes
Condensed milk has a thick , syrupy consistency, these recipe has simple kitchen ingredient and making it at home very easily, it takes time but it is worthy it. Homemade condensed milk is very tasty, natural, healthy than canned condensed milk. You can use it in any recipe.
1 litre whole milk
1/2 cup sugar
1,5 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp baking powder
1- Place the milk in a medium saucepan and when the milk begins to steam, lower the heat to as low as possible. Then add the sugar, baking soda and often stir .
2- Allow milk to reduce to half in size from what it first was . When milk is reduce by half , add the butter and vanilla extract and whisk them .
3- Check it ,see whether it is a bit sticky or not ,remove from the heat, pour into serve a bowl and allow to cool.
Place the milk, sugar in a saucepan and simmer. Add the butter.
