Hello everyone!
I made homemade mango sorbet for these hot summer days, the recipe very easy and here its recipe for you, i hope you like it. I used mango but you could experiment with other your fruit as well.

-INGREDIENTS-
1 and 1/3 cup cold water
1 medium size mango, peeled, seeded and cubed.
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon heavy cream
-DIRECTIONS-
1-Making Simple Syrup: Pour the water in a medium saucepan and add the sugar, boil it until the sugar dissolved, add the lemon juice. Remove the saucepan from the heat, let the syrup cool.
2- Place cubed mango in your processor and make it pure until smooth.
3- Combine mango puree and simple syrup and add heavy cream.
4- Place mango mixture in an ice-cream machine and use an ice-cream machine to churn the sorbet according to the manufacturer’s instructions, ( churn it about 25 minutes).
5- Cover the sorbet and store it in the freezer until you are ready to serve.
Enjoy it!
Peeled, seeded and cubed your mango.
Place diced mango in your food processor and puree it.
Combine mango puree and the syrup.
Pour the mango mixture in an ice-cream machine and churn about 25 minutes, or until it is stiff.
