Hello everyone!

Recently My Daughter has made this yummy cupcake for my blog project. She is a very keen baker and if it doesn’t involve chocolate she is not happy! She developed it from the bbcgoodfood.  These taste amazing and so these moist, perfect fluffy and easy cupcake everyone will love. These will be all my favourites, after the years of practising and experimentation! I want to Thanks her for making delicious cupcake and sharing the recipe with us!



200gr. butter

200g. plain  dark chocolate,chopped

2 eggs

250g. self-raising flour

1 tsp vanilla extract  or 1 tbsp lemon zest

1/2 cup white chocolate,chopped

-For The Icing Ingredients and to Making-

200g. plain dark chocolate,chopped

100ml. double cream, room temperature

50g. icing sugar

– Put the chocolate in a heatproof bowl and place the bowl over a pan of simmering water, once melt the chocolate then  add the heavy cream, icing sugar. When spreadable, you can  make decorate, top each cake with the icing.


-Heat oven to 165C. and line a 12 -hole muffin tin.

1-Put the butter, chocolate,sugar and 100ml hot water in a saucepan, gently melt them together in the saucepan, stirring occasionally and the set aside to cool a little when you assemble the other ingredients.

2- Beat the eggs and vanilla into a bowl and stir the eggs in to the chocolate mixture. Put the flour into a large mixing bowl and stir in the chocolate mixture until smooth.

3- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin until just over three-quarters full, then set aside for 5 minutes before putting on a low she in your oven and baking for 15-20 minutes. Leave to cool and make decorate with the icing.

Enjoy it!

Melt the butter.sugar,(put the butter and sugar in a small bowl over boiling water in the bowl)-(bain-marie style )


Beat the eggs until fluffy.


Pour the beaten eggs into the melted chocolate and mix until smooth.Add the flour and gently mix.
Add the chopped white chocolate and mix.

Spoon the batter in to the prepared baking tin and bake it.


After cooled, decorate with the icing.
