Today I am sharing Homemade Mini Burgers recipe with you. I have been cooking comfort food in these days for the summer months and have been trying for creative, quick dishes to eat for a meal that don’t take much energy and time. This recipe is really simple and easy recipe that is great for lunch or dinner.
250gr. minced beef
1 small onion, grated
1 garlic clove, grated or crushed
Small bunch of coriander, chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried mint
Red chilly pepper, black pepper and salt for seasoning
1 egg, whisked
Flour for dusting
Olive oil for frying
1- Put the minced beef into a bowl and add the onion, garlic, coriander, mint. Season with the chilly, black pepper, salt and using your hands, mix together thoroughly.
2-Pour in half the whisked egg to bring the mixture together, adding the remainder if the mixture seems a little dry.
3- Form the mixture into 18-20 little balls, then flatten them into fat discs. Put them on a plate and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
4- Sprinkle some flour on a plate and season with salt and pepper. Dust the burgers on both sides with the seasoned flour.
5-Add the oil a frying pan and heat the oil, fry the burgers for 2-3 minutes on each side. Transfer the cooked burgers to a plate and serve it with sweet chilly sauce and green salad.
