WALNUT BARS

Walnut Bar.

Preparation: 15 minutes

Hello Everyone! I made walnut bar, it is easy and delicious. I hope, you like it!

WALNUT BAR RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:

100gr. broken pieces shredded wheat biscuits

50gr. walnut halves, coarsely chopped(1/2 cup)

250gr. chopped dark chocolate(1 and 1/2 cup)

50-60gr. unsalted butter chopped

90gr. honey(1/4 cup)

METHOD:

Before, line the base and sides of an 18 cm square cake tin with two strips of baking paper.

1-Combine the biscuits and walnuts.

2-Combine the chocolate, butter and honey in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir frequently, until the chocolate and the butter melted and the mixture is smooth.

3-Add to the biscuits and walnut and then mix well.

4-Spoon evenly into the tin and then tap the tin gently on the kitchen counter to settle the mixture.

5-Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 1 hour or until firm. Remove from the tin and then cut into 2×5 cm or 2.5x6cm bars and serve.
