These Cauliflower puree with potato came out excellent!!! The puree is fluffy and light, take 30 minutes to make . Cauliflower puree with potato do not taste like simple cauliflower, it tastes pretty amazing! If you don’t like simple cauliflower taste, try this Cauliflower puree with potato, which is a delicious and healthy substitute for traditional cooked cauliflower. The cauliflower goes really well with meat or chicken.Forget the mashed potatoes, tray this very healthy alternative.

Cauliflower is an excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin K and manganese, dietary fiber, omega-3 fatty acids as well as carotenoids. Cauliflower is extremely low calories, which is good news for our waistline.

SPINACH BOREK

Hi everyone!

I want to share Turkish Spinach Börek recipe with you. Spinach Borek is a baked dish which is made with pastry sheets combined with spinach ,eggs and onion. This is a wonderful pastry and it is quite simple to make yet it looks quite impressive!

You can also change the  recipe to make it with different ingredients ( such as with potato, cheese, meat,vegetables practically whatever you like) but below I will be showing you the spinach version. My daughter especially loves borek stuffed with potatoes yum!

This is a simple and tasty dish, it is one of my favorites in winter. Flavors of Clery and orange juice make a balance with quince and carrot. Enjoy!

Celery is from the same family with parsley and fennel. Celery root and the leaves of celery are often used to make soup, salad or meal. Celery leaves has high content of vitamin A and the stems are an excellent source of vitamins B1, B2, B6 and vitamin C with rich supplies of potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron , sodium. POTATO SALAD

This is traditional Turkish potato salad , it is very easy, delicious and healthy. This is a different take on the usual potato salad and you can change the ingredients to your liking. Potato salad is a wonderful side dish with meat, chicken or fish. I like to prepare this without salt and put it in the fridge so that it is ready to eat the next day (I add salt and pepper when I want to eat it so that it doesn’t get too soggy). RED KIDNEY BEAN & BEAN SPROUT SALAD

I prepared a salad for side dish, It is delicious, easy to prepare and healthy. I used red kidney bean with bean sprout together and roasted-canned red bell pepper. My version is dressed with olive oil, lemon juice and garlic that perfectly complements the natural flavours of the beans, bean sprouts, red pepper and corn. This Red Kidney Bean with Bean Sprout salad recipe makes a excellent low calorie side dish for lunch or dinner.

Red peppers are an excellent source of Vitamin C. Red kidney bean and bean sprouts have protein, B vitamins (especially folic acid and vitamin B1), Calcium, Iron and fiber. Soluble fiber can significantly lower cholesterol levels and blood sugar. Corn contains B vitamins,folate Vitamin C,  protein, fiber and It is also contains plenty of carbohydrates.
