I tried the recipe , the recipe is absolutely wanderful and my favourite breakfast recipes of all time therefore I would like to share the recipe with you. How to select and store Avacados; A ripe,ready to eat avocado is a little soft but should have no dark spots or cracks and a firm avocado will ripen in a kitchen towel or in a fruit basket at room temperature within a few days.The fruit ripen, the skin will turn darker. If you used a portion of ripe avocado you can make to store the remainder in the refrigerator with a sealed container.If you are refrigerating a whole avocado , it is best to keep it whole.

One day Nasreddin Hodja and his friends were chatting in the coffeehouse about food. They were reminiscing how one dish was heavenly and it made you eat your fingers with it. All talk of food was making every one hungry.
Finally when someone described how to make a delicious Liver and told that the liver has many different ways to cook, if you cook it as I describe it will be more tasty.
The Hodja asked him; I can’t remember this description accurately, so could you write the recipe down on a piece of paper. His friend wrote the recipe and gave it to the Hodja.
The Hodja put the recipe in his coat pocket and he headed for the butcher, he bought a kilo fresh Liver and then the Hodja started to imagine of a delicious dinner, the recipe in his coat pocket and Hodja was swinging the liver package of he walked.
A Hawk descended and grabbed the liver and flew off with it. The Hodja shouted out after the Hawk going up , the recipe in his hand toward it; All right than take the meat! But you won’t be able to enjoy it. I have got the recipe.

Hello lovelies. Word of the day is for me is “healthy”. With all the desserts and pastries I’ve been cooking I thought it is another day for a light meal. So I decided to make this dish for dinner tonight. It is low calories, full of vitamins, light and so delicious!! I love simple greek yogurt and mixing it with salads and meals as a sauce is one of my favourite combinations. I think it gives sort of a tangy and delicious taste to any veggie dish which I love.
