This dessert is traditional , it is so delicious and hiding inside an ice-cream .
INGREDIENTS :
1 and 1/2 cup , coarse semolina
1 tbsp unsalted butter
5 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon peel
3 tbsp sultanas
1 cup sugar
2 cup hot water
a pinch salt
Ice-cream for serve
FOR SYRUP DIRECTIONS :
Pour the hot water in a medium bowl and add the sugar , mix and dissolve the sugar . Then set aside it .
FOR COOKING DIRECTIONS :
Place the butter and olive oil in a medium saucepan , melt over the medium heat . Add the pin -nut and stir for 1 minute then add the semolina . Slowly and rhythmically stir-fry the semolina about for 6-8 minutes or until golden yellow , Reduce the heat from the medium heat to a low heat .
Carefully add the syrup to the semolina , Semolinas liquid can splutter so be carefully not to burn yourself . Add the lemon peel ,and stir them . Cover with the lid and cook until the semolina absorb the liquid .
Remove the semolina from heat and add the sultanas , stir and cover with the lid again .Let warm before serving . Serve with ice- cream .
