Ankara,Turkey’s capital city is the second most popular and cool city. The city has modern buildings and fine transport network. Ankara is located at the heart of central Anatolia, the population is about 5 million.Today’s modern city Ankara has a large population of university students and government workers, foreign diplomats and embassy staff therefore Ankara offers fine transport,modern shopping and great restaurant,lovely cafes.

Ankara is a young and dynamic city but Ankara has varied history which Hittite,Hellenistic, Roman,Byzantine,Selcuk,Ottoman civilizations. The oldest part of city surrounded the Ankara Castle,old Turkish house where some of them were restored by city council. The area has several art gallery,souvenir shops,cafes and fine restaurants. The city has important historic places and they interest to visitors, among them are The temple of August,pillar of Julian,Roman baths,The museum of Anatolian civilization,The museum of Etnography and The war of independence  museum.One of the important districts in Ankara is Cankaya district which contains the Ataturk forest farm-zoo,Eymir lake,Elmadag ski facilities,quality restaurants,cute cafes and also there are some  Carpet making workshop,Hand woven bags workshop within this area.

In addition,Ankara has some beautiful villages and the villages are settlement from the Early bronze ages.Some of villages is so famous by thermal spring and mineral water.They are known to be beneficial for those in poor healthy. Moreover Ankara of the some villages have the vineyard, one of the famous vineyard village is Kalecik village that village produce fine quality red vine.Besides of lovely another village is Beypazari village.This village history goes back to Hittites and this district is so charming for food lovers because of Beypazari village has culinary civilitation,historical houses,silver craftsmen,carrot products.The village people is open-minded,friendly and helpful.Finally I want to add that transport is possible to get to any point by bus, the bus station is in Cankaya district of Ankara. Ankara a transit point for travelling to some places like fairy chimney city Cappadocia(Turkish:Kapadokya), historic city Sivas and such.

There are some photo from the oldest part of Ankara city , Hamamönü and Ulus.

The old castle is a touristic location in Ankara, approaching the castle there are many restaurants, Museums, Art gallery,souvenir shops and you can see panoramic view of Ankara from the top of the castle.

There is one of the best cafe in Cengelhan in Ankara castle.

The old castle of Ankara very historical and Built is not known with certainly, it was build by the Hittities but this idea is not certain .The castle restored many times by Romans and Byzanties then Seljuks,Ottoman empire.
