Hi everyone! Today I want to share delicious Tart with Kale recipe.Tart dough is incredibly easy to make and the homemade tart is very delicious . The filling is very tasty and mild .
Also Kale is very rich in beta carotene, vitamin K, vitamin C and rich calcium.
FOR DOUGH INGREDIENTS
200 gr. butter, cold
2 cup all purpose flour and extra 2-3 tsp all purpose flour
Pinch of salt
4 tsp cold water
FOR FILLING INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS
150 gr. Kale , washed, rinse, dried, chopped
1 middle size onion , diced
1 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup parmesan, grated
1/2 cup ,Turkish white cheese or Feta cheese , grated
1 tbsp all purpose flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1- For Filling Directions= In a large pan heat the olive oil and butter over medium -heat. Add the onion , salt to taste and fry it , then add the garlic and cook stirring frequently it about 1 minutes. Add the kale and cook until wilted , about 5 minutes.Then remove it from the heat. Let cool it.
2- Put the eggs, heavy cream, one pinch salt in a medium bowl and beat them them lightly. Add the flour and beat about 1 minutes. Set aside it.
MAKE THE PASTRY DIRECTIONS
1- Put the flour and one pinch salt in to a large bowl and stir in the butter. Use your hands and combine them. Then add the egg, cold water and knead it gently into a ball , cover plastic wrap and put in a refrigerator it about 30 minutes.
– Preheat to oven 200 degrees C.Line or dust lightly with flour 18 cm tart tin.
2-Then roll the pastry out to 1 cm thickness on to dusted work surface. Transfer in a tart shell or tart plate, pierce the pastry with lines of work 4-5 times.
3-Line tart pan with wax paper or foil. Fill with dried beans. Bake until set about 8 minutes and remove from your oven. Then remove wax lining and beans. Return to your oven and bake 2-3 minutes or until light brown. Remove it from the oven again and let cool it.
FOR FILLING AND BAKING DIRECTIONS
1- Add the cooked kale to the pastry case. Place the parmesan cheese, Turkish white cheese or Feta cheese on to the kale.
2-Pour the whisked eggs mixture on top of the kale. Return to the oven and bake for 5-8 minutes or until golden and set , then remove the kale tart from the oven and let warm it. Serve warm.

Fry the onion, garlic, Kale
Place the cheeses onto the Kale
Pour the eggs mixture onto cooked kale
After baked ,trim the edge
